Below is a set of guidelines for this new phase in our plan for re-opening our church doors.
If you're planning on attending our Sunday services, please read!
We are still learning and working to implement the best strategies to welcome you back to church and to get you seated in a safe, timely manner. This week, we will experiment with a different seating strategy. We will NOT be doing seat reservations. The doors will open at 9:00 AM (for the 9:30 service) and 11:00 AM (for the 11:30 service). Please enter through the southwest office doors (on the Valley side near the youth building). All seating will be “first come, first serve.” Once our 140 seat max has been filled, we will then send guests to various overflow rooms.
Please arrive early to ensure you receive a seat. Once you enter the sanctuary, we will help accommodate your family by assembling a row that fits your party size. We will not be able to accommodate anyone saving seats.
Also, we encourage our guests to wear masks, as a way of loving those who are more vulnerable. Church staff and volunteers will be wearing masks, but we will not turn away someone who is not wearing a mask. If you are ill, have been exposed to COVID, or have an elevated temperature, please watch our services online.
Thanks for your understanding and flexibility!
