Missionaries Jim and Sandy McCann founded Joshua House Life Center in 1993, Joshua House Life Centers exists to bring God’s love and hope to the young people of Ukraine.

The McCann's ministry serves orphans, abused and abandoned children, battered women, war-displaced families, the elderly, and the poor through children’s homes, safe houses, and community outreach.

They also run youth camps, plant churches, and work to strengthen unity in the body of Christ.

Jim and Sandy’s own story of loss—losing their only son, Joshua, en route to Ukraine—has indelibly shaped their mission. God used their grief to create a family of 50 once-orphaned children whom they raised as their very own. Today, many of those children are helping lead and multiply the ministry, carrying the work forward to new generations!
