Ron and Annette Thiesen have spent over 40 years on the mission field, serving as Latin American Directors of AFCM International, Founding Pastors of Ciudad de Dios Churches in Iquitos, Peru, and Directors of New Life Children’s Home in Jalaca, Honduras. 

Their journey began in Peru, where they trained national leaders, taught at discipleship schools, and later founded Ciudad de Dios Church.

For nearly two decades, they traveled the Amazon by ministry boat, reaching over 120 villages and helping establish more than 55 churches. Today, those churches continue to thrive under regional leaders.
